24 New cases of Covid in J.B. Marks

The number of active cases in J.B. Marks has risen from 788 on Monday (7 June) to 812 on Tuesday (8 June). 

The number of active cases in J.B. Marks has risen from 788 on Monday (7 June) to 812 on Tuesday (8 June).

This is according to the latest statistics released by the Northwest Department of Health.

The J.B Marks municipality contributes 8.1% to the total amount of cases in the Dr. Kenneth Kaunda district which includes Matlosana and Maquassi Hills municipalities.

There was also an increase of 321 new cases in the province, bringing the total of active cases to 7281 in Northwest. The department has been able to vaccinate 78 402 people in the province.
