Kiddies Nest lays foundation for giving hearts in Promosa

Beronice Boer, the centre manager of Kiddies Nest, organised the event.

Kiddies Nest, a pre-school in Promosa, hosted a ‘Giving Back’ event on Saturday, 26 August.

The Pre-school, that has been operating for 23 years, wanted to give back to its community. Beronice Boer, the centre manager of Kiddies Nest, organised the event. The staff and parents of Kiddies Nest collected clothes and shoes to give to those in need. Members of the community helped Kiddies Nest with collecting clothes and shoes.

Everything that was collected by staff, parents, and community members was made available to the bigger community. Food was handed out as well.

“This was our first giving back event and “It was a great success. We plan to do it again in December,” says Boer.
