PAWS Haven celebrated their first birthday with a special colour run event on Saturday, July 25 to raise funds for the four legged friends at the animal shelter.

There was a palpable excitement at the starting line as runners of all ages did a colour splash to take the festivities to the next level. Runners could participate in 3km and 6km runs with the PAWS Haven dogs or their own dog on a leash. It was great fun for the community and the dogs who could get some awesome exercise.

“Thank you to every participant, volunteer, donor, and supporter who celebrated with us. Because of you, we can continue giving hope, love, and second chances to the animals in our care,” stated PAWS on their Facebook page after the Colour Run.
