from *`Residential 1` to `Residential 3` with Annexure 1929 restricting the development to a `Dwelling House` and a *`Guest House`. Also, application is made in terms of Section 63 of the By-law 2015, read with the SPLUMA (Act 16 of 2013), for the Removal of the following Restrictive Title Conditions in Title Deed T39090/2025: Condition A(a)
