KORONE VACANCY JUNIOR IT TECHNICIAN Korone Engineers is looking for a motivated and passionate Junior IT Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the IT industry and gain hands-on experience in a professional support environment. Duties & Responsibilities:
•Provide first-line IT support to clients and internal users
•Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues `Assist senior technicians with installations, maintenance, and support tasks `Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment `Assist with basic server and network support `Monitor and log support requests and follow up on resolutions `Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
•Update and Maintain electronic assets register
•Collate construction activities using drones and relevant software Minimum Requirements: `Basic knowledge of: `Computers and operating systems `2 years relevant experience as Junior IT `Networks and TCP/IP `Hardware troubleshooting `Routers, switches, and Wi-Fi `IT qualification or relevant certifications will be advantageous `Strong willingness to learn and grow within the IT industry
•Good problem-solving and communication skills `Ability to work independently and as part of a team `Valid driver`s licence will be advantageous Remuneration: Salary: Market Related.
