Since representing North West in the National Coca-Cola u.15 tournament in Port Elizabeth in September, Seiphemelo Secondary is now recognised as one of the leading soccer development schools in Ikageng.
The team participated in the much talked about group of death that included the likes of Amazulu Academy from KwaZulu-Natal, Mamelodi Sundowns from Gauteng and Ajax Cape Town Academy, representing Western Cape.
The journey has provided the team with tremendous experience. One of the boys playing for Seiphemelo, Kabelo Nqweniso has been selected for the Coke Future Stars’ Camp at the High-Performance Centre (HPC) in Pretoria from 23 October to Sunday, 28 October.
The Seiphemelo sports management team, led by Mr Moss Mkwanazi, Mr Themba Vana and Mr Ned Owen Molise would like to thank Sillo Phakedi, a director of Veribright; Jackson Lebona, a VeriCred supervisor and George Mmutle, a supervisor in the Veri-Cred/Veribright company for their generous sponsorship of soccer training equipment and all other sports gear.
