Imke de Kock, Andre Lerm, Maxzelle Erasmus, Marelize van der Merwe and J.C. Wyllie competed in the Sports Martial Arts National Championship in Stellenbosch on 29 and 30 September. Ruan van der Berg competed in the ATA Taekwondo National championship in Secunda on 14 October. The results of the events are as follows.

Imke de Kock (1 silver and 1 bronze medal); André Lerm; Ruan van der Berg (1 silver and 3 bronze).

In front are Maxzelle Erasmus (3 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze); Marelize van der Merwe (5 gold, 2 silver, 1 bronze and the Grand Championship trophy). Vuyeswa Vavane, Cara de Kock and Amelda van Zyl were absent.
