The current course record-holder at the Potchefstroom Country Club, Christiaan Burke, has continued his good form this winter with a fantastic win on the Bushveld Tour at the Glendower Country Club in Edenvale from 6 to 7 July.
Burke shot scores of 68/68 in this two-day event to claim his second Bushveld Tour victory in two weeks, after his win at the Waterkloof Golf Club on 25 June.
The Potchefstroomer followed that up with a superb win at the Randpark Golf Club in another Bushveld Tour event from 12 to 13 July.
This victory makes it three wins from three starts for Burke.
“It gives me a lot of confidence to know that I can perform on the Bushveld Tour. It is very special to win the last three tournaments. I am happy with my game at the moment but there are still some things I want to work on,” he said.
