“The decision to move into public service is a continuation of the work I have always been passionate about. The experience, relationships, and understanding gained from serving the community through media have prepared me for this responsibility. This opportunity will allow me to do more, reach more people, and contribute directly towards building stronger communities.”

Leping expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Aganang FM Board Members, Management, colleagues, listeners, and the broader community for the support and trust received throughout his years of service.

“Aganang FM has been more than a workplace. It has been a place of growth, learning, and transformation. The experiences, friendships, and lessons gained over these 20 years will remain a valuable part of my life journey.”

He further stated that his decision is guided by a desire to continue serving communities in a different capacity.

“The same passion that drove me to serve through the microphone is the passion I now carry into public service. The microphone may become silent, but the commitment to serve continues.”

Leping concluded by thanking Aganang FM for being a foundation that helped him discover abilities he once thought were beyond reach. Leping concluded by reaffirming his commitment to community development.

“The microphone may become silent, but the commitment to serve continues. I am grateful for every opportunity Aganang FM gave me, and I look forward to continuing this journey of service in a new capacity.”
