“Transition has a strong focus on structured, attractive football, and that was a major factor in my decision,” he said. “I want to keep evolving as a player, and this club offers the right environment for that.”

One of the key attractions for Molomo is the opportunity to train under Coach Marco da Silva. Known for his tactical expertise, Da Silva has previously coached against international teams such as Glasgow Celtic and Dundee United. Molomo is eager to absorb as much knowledge as possible under his guidance. “Coach Marco has a great understanding of the game. His tactical awareness, attention to detail, and ability to read opponents will help me refine my decision-making and positional play.”

While Molomo is excited to improve his own game, he is equally committed to supporting his teammates, particularly the younger players in the squad. As one of the more experienced members, he aims to provide mentorship and guidance, both on and off the pitch. “Football is about more than just skill; it’s also about mentality and discipline. I want to lead by example, help the younger players grow, and ensure that we remain focused throughout the season.”

With the league’s second half approaching, Molomo has set clear goals for himself and the team. On a personal level, he hopes to deliver consistent performances, contribute with goals and assists, and make a positive impact. As a squad, the objective is to push for better results, improve with each match, and finish the season on a high.

“I want to help maintain high standards in training and in games,” he said. “It’s about staying disciplined and executing the game plan effectively.”

Beyond his playing career, Molomo remains dedicated to athlete representation and media through his company, Molomo Marketing. His work focuses on securing media exposure and brand partnerships for players, ensuring they receive the recognition they deserve. “Modern football isn’t just about what happens on the pitch. Media coverage and brand collaborations are crucial in helping players build their profiles and secure opportunities beyond the game.”

Looking ahead, Molomo hopes to continue growing as a footballer while also expanding his influence in media and player representation. He envisions a future where he can give back to the game through mentorship, coaching, and storytelling. “My goal is to compete at the highest level possible, but also to create opportunities for others. Football has given me so much, and I want to use my platform to inspire and support the next generation.”

For aspiring footballers, Molomo emphasises the importance of discipline, resilience, and patience. He acknowledges that setbacks are inevitable but believes that mental strength is just as vital as talent.

“Stay committed, work hard, and don’t get discouraged by challenges,” he advised. “Every tough moment is an opportunity to learn and grow.”

Molomo’s presence at Transition extends beyond his performances on matchdays. Whether it’s mentoring young players, promoting the club, or sharing his knowledge through media, he is determined to leave a lasting impact. “As long as I’m here, I’ll give my all in training, in games, and in any other role the club needs me to play.”

As Transition FC gears up for the remainder of the season, Molomo’s leadership and experience will be valuable assets. With his passion for both football and athlete development, he is ready to embrace this new chapter, and help drive the team towards success.
