Empowaworx prepares for growth and innovation in 2025
Empowaworx enters 2025 with ambitious plans, including expanding its initiatives across Africa and encouraging communities to dream big and embrace their purpose.
Empowaworx is gearing up for a year of growth, innovation, and expanded impact across Africa as the new year begins.
“Welcome back! We hope you’re ready for an extraordinary year of achievements and exciting journeys with Empowaworx,” said Simphiwe Masiza, the organisation’s CEO and founder.
Building on its 2024 successes, the organisation has ambitious plans for 2025. Among these is expanding the EmpowaEntrepreneurs Funding Summit and EmpowaWomen initiatives to new regions, including several African countries.

Masiza expressed enthusiasm for engaging with diverse communities to address shared challenges and explore unique opportunities. “We’re thrilled to expand our reach and make an even greater impact,” he said.
Empowaworx is inviting individuals and organisations to join its mission in 2025. “We’d love to meet potential collaborators and discuss how they can contribute to our initiatives,” Masiza encouraged.
His New Year’s message to the community reflects the organisation’s ethos: “Keep going. Keep dreaming. Step into the new year with the courage to embrace your purpose and be everything you’re destined to be.”
