EPR’s latest crime report: Three break-ins, domestic violence among 11 incidents

A total of 11 incidents were reported that included domestic violence, robbery, break-ins, theft and more.

EPR West Rand has released its crime report for the period from Saturday, 23 January to Monday, 25 January.

According to Johan Krogh, General Manager at EPR, three break-ins and one armed robbery were among the 11 incidents EPR attended to over the past weekend in Randfontein.

On Sunday, 24 January, an armed robbery took place at a well-known jewellery chain store in which a minimum of three armed thugs were involved; however, more are believed to be involved as two get-away vehicles (a gold Toyota and a white Hyundai) were used. Fortunately no injuries were reported,” Krogh said.
