A total of 20 incidents were reported across Rand West City according to EPR Security’s latest crime report for the period from Monday January 10 to Sunday January 16.
EPR general manager Johan Krogh said at least 11 incidents occurred at residences, followed by eight at businesses, and one at a school.
Theft topped the list, with seven incidents. Next on the list were break-ins with four incidents, followed by damage to property and domestic violence with two incidents each.
Some serious contact crimes have been reported for the period, but there were no armed robberies among them. We remind and urge residents to remain vigilant and use their alarm systems at all times,” said Krogh.
