Management of FJL Wells Mine Primary School held by-elections for three vacant School Governing Body (SGB) positions at the school on Wednesday February 23.
According to principal Sello Mphatswe, parents of the learners at their school and community members alike came in numbers to ensure that the process of electing members of the SBG was fair.
Mphatswe said the positions became vacant after the SGB members were given opportunities elsewhere.
We’d like to thank those who were there to make sure that only those with integrity and those with a commitment to improving our school were elected. We hope that those entrusted with these positions will always have our children’s best interests at heart,” Mphatswe said.
