Eight-week-old kitten found in the road needs your help

Cast Aways Animal Sanctuary recently took in a kitten that was found on the road between Westonaria and Randfontein.

Louisa Rossouw, the founder of Cast Aways, explained the kitten is around eight weeks old; she was found neglected and underweight. She is currently at Homestead Veterinary Hospital for treatment with proper nutrition. She will also be tested for Feline Aids and Leukemia, vaccinated, dewormed and will receive parasite control.

They suspect she might have wandered from her home as she is not a kitten from a feral cat.

“Cast Aways Animal Sanctuary is already maxed out and we cannot take in any more animals, but how do you leave this neglected kitten to fend for herself?
