Happy ending for forgotten Vloki
After being rejected twice, Cast Aways Animal Rescue was finally able to find Vloki a happy home with one of the other rescued dogs.
After two rejections, Vloki finally found his forever home.

Louisa Rossouw, founder of Cast Aways Animal Sanctuary, explained that Vloki came to them as a stray puppy in January last year. He was about four months old. In April of that same year, he was rehomed with two Jack Russels. However, in November, he came back to Cast Aways.
“He was scared and didn’t recognise us when we went to pick him up, but with love, he now trusts us again. He is, however, still timid around unknown people.
Vloki is now a year and three months old. He is a boerboel cross with a beautiful personality,” explained Louisa.
On March 11, Vloki received another chance when he was rehomed with Nova, one of the other rescues from Cast Aways. They live together on a farm where they can run and enjoy life.
