The Randfontein High School community gathered on June 24, to honour the life and legacy of the late principal Mbetheleli Valentine Dlamini during a heartfelt memorial service at Greenhills Stadium Hall.

Learners, educators, parents, alumni and members of the broader community paid tribute to Dlamini, remembering him as a dedicated educator, mentor and leader who made a lasting impact on the school.

The service featured emotional reflections, musical tributes and messages of comfort, with colleagues and learners sharing memories of his unwavering commitment to education and the encouragement he offered to those around him.

Randfontein High School RCL President Keaton Phillips described Dlamini as a father figure to many learners, while the school reaffirmed its commitment to upholding the values and vision he championed.
