Several streets still in the dark

As a resident of Homelake I am truly worried about the street lights in our area that are not working.

There are several streets in the area that for the past year or so does not have working lights at night and this poses a serious safety risk for all the resident in the area.

When we drive through this neighbourhood at night, there is no lighting and we cannot see anything in the dark.

This area is dark, however, in some other areas of Randfontein the streetlights are burning 24/7.

I want to encourage the Randfontein Local Municipality to address this issue before one of the residents in the area falls victim to crime due to the dark.
