I am a huge pet lover and to see so many stray dogs in the Randfontein area is truly of huge concern to me.
First of all, I would like to know how the SPCA can assist us as residents in finding these dogs suitable homes, as they are not only living on the streets, but I believe they deserve a better life.
Most of these animals had to have a home and I cannot understand how their owners could just let them wander off into the streets.
