Late collection of refuse bags must come to an end

The late collection of refuse bags seriously must come to an end because I for one, will not tolerate it any longer.

We cannot be made to sit with rubbish bags outside our homes for days on end simply because of the municipality’s incompetence.

They need to take our health into consideration and also keep in mind that stray dogs tear these rubbish bags and leave the rubbish strewn all over the place.

In addition, when municipal workers eventually do come to collect the rubbish, they leave what’s strewn behind, which becomes our problem.

I find this to be very unfair considering we are paying our rates and taxes.
