I’ve read in the paper of 5 January 2016 that a man by the name of Samson Lemeko had been arrested in Honeydew. This man murdered my father, the late Peter Mopeloa, in Randfontein on 21 September 1992.
He then murdered a salon owner by the name of Pat Magadze. I would like to thank all the police officers who have been hunting him for 24 years until they caught him. Samson Lemeko deserves to rot in jail.
I do not have a father because of him.
My father was a salon owner as well, so I don’t understand why he was targeting salon owners.
My father’s soul will rest in peace now.
