We would love to know what the Randfontein community will be up to this festive season.

Tell us whether you will be reaching out to the community, decorating your house with Christmas lights or whether you will be sharing a delicious festive season recipe with us.

Last year the community went all out and decorated their houses with a variety of lights. As darkness fell, the lights went on and the town was transformed into something magical. For some it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Some of the must-see houses were in Culemborg Park, Helikon Park, Randgate, Greenhills and Homelake. Please let us know whether you will be participating again this year. Those who will be accepting the challenge for the first time, please tell us about it.

Let’s light up the town again!

As far as community outreach projects go, the Herald would like to know what your plans are; for example will you be spending some time at an old age home and a baby sanctuary, or handing out gifts to the less fortunate.

Please email us at randfonteinherald@caxton.co.za or give us a call on 011 693 3671.

Let the festivities begin …
