NOTICE: We will not be held liable – municipality

The public is therefore warned that entering into any agreement relating to portion 127 of the farm Luipaardsvlei 243 IQ is considered a high risk.

• Greg Seitei, executive manager for economic development, human settlements and planning writes:

It has come to the attention of the Rand West City Local Municipality’s town planning section that unproclaimed, unserviced stands are being advertised for sale on Portion 127 of the farm Luipaardsvlei 243 IQ, with a trust account holder known to us.

The selling of these stands or portions of land is illegal as the municipality has not received any land development application for the said land and no feasibility studies have been conducted to prove the land suitable for development.

No municipal bulk services are available at this point in time to service a township development on this land.

Take note that there might also be pockets of land that cannot be developed due to environmental constraints, servitudes, etc.

The public is therefore warned that entering into any agreement relating to Portion 127 of the farm Luipaardsvlei 243 IQ is considered a high risk.

It must be noted that the RWCLM will not be held liable for any loss or damage that might arise from any transactions/ agreements in respect of the said land or any portion thereof.
