Walking for women and children abuse
The Lyttelton police and CPF are hosting a fun walk to raise awareness of women and child abuse.
Police officers, the CPF and the public will walk proudly in Centurion to raise awareness about women and child abuse.
The walk will be held on Thursday, 28 November and will start at 10:00 at the Lyttelton police station.
This event is for young and old – there will only be a 5km fun walk route.
The public is invited to join the police as well as the Community Policing Forum (CPF) to raise awareness for this crucial cause.
Two water stands supplied with coke and water will be available along the route.
Companies have also collaborated in order to make this event possible.
