Justice Minister Michael Masutha has reportedly set medical parole conditions for Clive Derby-Lewis.
This comes after Derby-Lewis‚ sentenced to serve a life sentence for his part in the killing of SA Communist Party leader Chris Hani‚ had already served about 20 years of his sentence.
Derby-Lewis was diagnosed with lung cancer last year.
