A Nelspruit doctor fell to her death at Rob Ferreira Hospital.
Her body was discovered on Friday morning.
According to provincial police spokesman, Brigadier Selvy Mohlala, the 52-year-old dentist stayed in an apartment on the sixth floor. Her lifeless body was discovered outside the building at about 07:00 by someone who also stays there.
