Monitor Net strategically catch burglar
The burglar was caught hiding in tall grass after they responded to an alarm.

A burglar was arrested by Monitor Net after he tried to break into a house at an estate in the east of Pretoria.
Spokesperson Etienne Louw said they responded to an alarm on Charles Street just after 02:00 on Thursday morning.
“When our response officer arrived, he went to the premises’ electric fence and saw suspicious movement in the veld at the back of the premises,” he said.
He said the officer called a back-up response vehicle after noticing the burglar hiding in the tall grass.
The officer also hid in the grass as he noticed the burglar’s attention was focused on the back-up response vehicle.
“The officer moved in on the suspect and caught him lying in the tall grass. The suspect was found with house breaking equipment.”
He said a Mozambican man, who admitted he was in the country illegally, was handed over to police.
