An ATM was bombed in Centurion on Saturday morning.
Orange Fox Security spokesperson Marcé Bester said the bombing took place at 03:00.
“The suspects unfortunately got away,” he said.
According to Bester the police, Copwatch and the Wierdabrug Sector 3 CPF were on the scene.
It is unknown how many suspects got away and whether any money was stolen.
Users of social media reacted with shock and incredulity.
The police could not be reached for comment immediately.
