Botse-Botse obtained outstanding results in the 2016 matric exams, becoming the number one school in circuit 2 region of the Tshwane North Cluster.
The school achieved a 91.45 percent pass rate, a significant improvement from the 88 percent pass rate they achieved the previous year.
Some of the schools that performed well in the circuit include Memezelo, Kgomotso, Makhosini and Soshanguve High School.
Some of the best learners at Botse Botse are among others, Kabelo Lechelele, who obtained six distinctions in maths, physical science, life science, life orientation, Sepedi and geography.
Another learner, Tlake Manyama also achieved six distinctions in maths, physical science, life science, life orientation, English and geography.
Malebo Leshabane was the third top achiever with three distinctions in English, history and Sepedi.
