A decomposed body of a man was found in Centurion on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Monitor Net spokesperson JP le Roux the body was found in a field around Mnandi, outside Centurion.
“Upon our arrival, we found the decomposed body of a man believed to be in his late 30s. It seems as if the body had been lying there for some time,” he said.

The body was tied up and we suspect that the deceased may have been assaulted, Le Roux said.
“It is difficult to detect what the cause of death was, but that’s for the police to investigate,” he said.
