Moot police have released the identikits of two men wanted in connection with the rape of a schoolgirl earlier this year.
The incident happened in March, according to police spokesperson Captain Coba Brits.
“The learner was walking to school when a white Hyundai swerved right in front of her,” she said.
“The two men grabbed her and pushed her into the vehicle.”

Brits said the men blindfolded her, ordering her to lay down and keep quiet.
She said when the blindfold was removed, the girl was in an empty where they allegedly raped her.
“When they were done, they ordered her to clean herself up and gave her something to drink.”
“They forced her back in the vehicle and dropped her off near Sunnypark.”
Brits asked for residents’ help in tracking the suspects down.
“We need the help of the community,” she said.
Anyone with more information on the wanted men should contact their nearest police station.
“Tip-offs can also be supplied anonymously to the police.”

Brits said the first sought suspect was estimated to be between 35 to 45.
“He was between 1.6 and 1.7 metres tall and built chubby,” she said.
“The suspect had a scar on his left cheek and had brown eyes.”
Brits said the learner could not remember precisely what clothing the suspect was wearing, but said had a blue cap on.
She said he spoke in Tshepedi.
The second suspect was suspected to be between 30 and 35.
“He was about 1.7 metres tall and built slender,” she said.

She said he had brown eyes, but added that he had no other characteristics that stood out, such as scars.
“According to the learner, he was wearing a t-shirt and jeans at the time of the incident,” she said.
She said he also spoke Tshepedi.
Both men were bald.
“We are pleading with residents to please assist us to track these men down,” she said.
“If we work together, I believe we can bring the criminals to book.”
