Emergency services were dispatched to the N4 in the early hours of Saturday morning after two vehicles collided.
Punisher Protection Services medical response unit was dispatched to the N4 after Simon Vermooten road around 2:00 on Saturday following a motor vehicle collision.

“On arrival we found one patient with serious injuries and multiple patients with minor to moderate injuries,” Casper Visser from Punisher Protection Services said.
The collisions between a Toyota Fortuner and a bakkie with a trailer left about 10 people with multiple injuries.
“The patient with serious injuries was transported [to hospital] by Netcare911 ambulance under advanced life support care”.

The other patients were transported to various hospitals by the various ambulances on the scene.
