Six armed robbery suspects arrested in the west
Our detectives traced the robbers on Wednesday during their operations, arresting all of them.

Pretoria police detectives arrested six men for different robberies in the west of Pretoria recently.
Pretoria West police spokesperson Constable Sibongile Vuma said the police arrested four men for an armed robbery last Monday.
“It is alleged that the four aged between 18 and 22, robbed a 30-year-old man of his two cell phones and R600 in Westpark using a firearm,” she said.
Our detectives traced the suspects and arrest all of them on Wednesday, she said.
Vuma said the detectives arrested a suspect in another business robbery in Lotus Gardens the same week.

She said the suspect took the police to his robbery co-conspirator on whom an unlicensed firearm was also found.
Pretoria West station commander Colonel Michelle Toohey applauded the officers involved along with the detective’s commander Lieutenant-Colonel Aaron Malema, who encouraged the members to continue bringing in the perpetrators to justice so the community could have trust in the police.
