Local girls school does well at national aquatics fest
Pretoria High School for Girls’ (PHSG) did well in the 2020 Aquatics Festival at St Stithians on Friday.

PHSG sent the swimming, water polo and diving teams to the competition.
The swimming team placed 10th in the gala on Friday, the polo 8th on Saturday while the dive team came third in the finals on Sunday.
Sarah Ross achieved two silver medals for swimming – 200m individual medley and 200m freestyle.
Stephanie Houtman achieved a bronze medal for swimming – 200m freestyle and Georgie Dillon achieved a gold medal in the u.17 dive.
The sportswoman of the week award went to Alexis Rauuff for her determination and perseverance despite very tough and fierce opponents in the water polo pool.
