eNatis up and running at all Tshwane metro sites

This return of services allows motorists whose driving licence cards expired between March 26, 2020, and August 31, 2021, the opportunity to renew their licenses.

The National Traffic Information System (eNatis) was operating normally at all its centres, the Tshwane metro announced on Thursday.

“Residents are now being served with no interruptions,” said Tshwane Roads and Transport MMC Dikeledi Selowa.

This was after the eNatis website was offline in several Pretoria areas earlier this month.

The system being offline affected the Akasia, Bronkhortspruit, Centurion, Rayton and Waltloo areas.

This return of services allows motorists whose driving licence cards expired between March 26, 2020, and August 31, 2021, the opportunity to renew their licenses.

They have until May 5, 2022, to do so.
