Sips, succulents and Springboks at Lavender Market

The fest featured a bonfire screening of the Springboks vs the Barbarians.

Lavender Kontrei Mark held its annual Gin Festival this past Saturday, featuring craft gin exhibitors, infusions and cocktails.

Lots of succulent exhibitors also attended the day to display unique items for the garden.

There were a variety of stalls with fresh produce, décor, quality handcrafted items, hunting accessories and even treats and toys for pets.

There were fun activities for kids in a big, safe play area and farm atmosphere with a warm community feel.
Attendees got to enjoy great food and live entertainment from musician Frans Prins, who performed live from 11:00.

Though everyone couldn’t partake in indulging spirits, there was still something for the whole family and a great day out for family and friends on a Saturday.

Attendees came dressed in their Boks jerseys because the market offered a screening of Boks vs the Barbarians on the big screen around the boma fire with delicious food, a cash bar, hot coffee and pancakes.
