Christmas is racing towards us, so better get that Christmas shopping started!

This special Christmas market in Eldoraigne, Centurion features the perfect gifts, delicious food, a tea garden and even an animal farm with pony rides for the kids on Saturday.

The market will take place at the NG Eldoraigne Family Church from 09:00 to 19:00 on Thursday and Friday, and from 09:00 to 16:00 on Saturday.



Lisa se Klavier, Nov 3-12

An Afrikaans musical with some of your most loved actors and all the greatest Afrikaans hits, making up the story of Lisa se Klavier.

After a messy divorce, a concert pianist has two options – flee overseas to start her life over or do one last show and possibly rekindle an old romance. Which will it be?

Love, intrigue and hope. All the elements of a great love story – this production will be running at the State Theatre in Pretoria.


Magical Duality, Nov 3-4

Get ready to be amazed as two local magicians bring their mysteries to Cor’s Diner in Raslouw, Centurion.

Doron and Scuzzy are two skilled magicians who know how to amaze and mystify the whole family.

Catch the sensational magicians from 18:00 on Friday, or one of their two shows on Saturday at 15:00 and 18:00.


Monark, November 3

Sensational pop-rock band Monark is bringing the chart-topping award-winning hits to Railways Café, Irene on Friday.

 

Monark’s incredible live performances will feature alongside Bad Peter at 20:00, and Sarah-Jade at 19:00, before the headliners perform at 21:00.


Biggy, Nov 4

Afrikaans Hip-hop EDM sensation is coming to Pretoria east this weekend with an exciting live performance at Sowaar Bar in Menlyn.

Ladies, tell him what your name is because the night promises to be an absolute jol.

The show will start at 19:00 on Saturday. But head there early, because space is limited.


Olieven Spin Fest, Nov 4

Life’s too busy. Work hard, and play hard with Olievenhoutbosch Spin City at its annual spin festival.

A day for lovers of this unique and exciting motorsport involves driving cars at speed in circles and performing stunts in and out of the car.

The sport originated in funeral celebrations to honour the deceased.

The event at Olievenhoutbosch Spin City runs from midday till late, and cooler boxes are free.



Local is Lekker at Innesdale club, Nov 5

Bring your family, friends, and a picnic basket for a local kuier at the community landmark, the Innesdale Recreational Club.

Don’t forget to pack your braai meat to join in on the gees, with music from local artists.

The event starts at 09:00.
