Walk the Talk on May 9 and help raise money for the Child and Family Care Society

POLOKWANE – Walk the Talk on May 9 and help raise money for the Child and Family Care Society.

Register your team of 10 and join the walk from the NG Noord (Dorp Street) to the tune of gospel music. Teams will enjoy a starter of lentil soup and bread before starting the walk.

The walk will continue to Gereformeerde Kerk Sentraal on the corner of Jorissen and Voortrekker Streets for a delicious main course meal of chicken curry and rice, after which the walk will proceed to Agape Centre on the corner of Church and Kidds Streets, where pudding will be served.

The entry fee is R100 per person.

Participants must be dropped off at the starting point and collected at the end point. As many teams as possible can enter Walk the Talk, it may be church councils, mens movements, youth movements, sunday school or cell groups.

There will be prizes for the church with the most teams, as well as prizes for the most original team. A float will follow the convoy to carry used clothes and tinned food stuffs that you might wish to donate for the Child and Family Care Society.
