Limpopo N1 minibus rollover leaves multiple people injured
Multiple people have been injured after a minibus overturned on the N1 approximately ten kilometres from the Nyl Plaza near Mokopane in Limpopo Monday (6 April 2015) afternoon.
LIMPOPO – Multiple people have been injured after a minibus overturned on the N1 approximately ten kilometres from the Nyl Plaza near Mokopane in Limpopo Monday (6 April 2015) afternoon.
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found the minibus on its roof.
Reports from the scene indicate that the minibus veered from the south bound over to the north bound where it came to a standstill. Exact detail surrounding the cause of the rollover accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
Upon assessment of the occupants, paramedics found that one man had sustained critical injuries and he was airlifted to hospital.
Four children also sustained injuries ranging from moderate to serious.
All the injured patients were treated at the scene and transported to hospital.
