LIMPOPO – FOUR foreign nationals escaped from the Modjadjiskloof periodical court last Wednesday.

According to Tzaneen cluster police spokesperson, Lt Col Moatshe Ngoepe, the Zimbabweans, Clement Chidambu, Alex Makwavabula, Noande Sibanda and Herbert Kukwiwiwi were to appear in court for being in the country illegally when they made a daring escape from lawful custody.

Ngoepe said the four were arrested on farms in the Modjadjiskloof area during a joint weekend police operation a week ago.

He said they were still being profiled to see if they were involved in any other criminal activities before being deported. Ngoepe confirmed on Monday that the four were still at large.

“The circumstances regarding their escape are still being investigated,” said Ngoepe.

He appealed to anyone with information regarding the four to call the nearest police station or 082 565 8145.
