Senior citizens show their love to the community

MOKOPANE – THE kind and warm group of senior citizens from Ratanang Batsofe Centre in Mahwelereng showed their love for the community last Friday when they donated handmade blankets, scarves and beanies to the children of Matshidiso and Boledi Day Care.

This kind gesture is still a contribution as part of Mandela Day on 18 July. The group of senior ladies joined hands with mining house, Ivanplats, to show of their talent and keep the vulnerable warm during the cold of the winter.

“The smiling faces and laughter will forever remain in the hearts of the members of Ratanang Batsofe Centre and we are truly grateful for Ivanplats’ contribution to making this a reality.”
