For the first aid kit, you’ll need:

  • tweezers
  • alcohol wipes
  • antiseptic hand cleanser
  • Adhesive, hypoallergenic tape
  • sterile gauze (four inch squares are best)
  • several sizes of elastic/adhesive bandages
  • bandage scissors
  • exam gloves
  • Sterile trauma burn dressing
  • Burn shield hydra gel
  • eye pads/eye bath
  • Sling
  • cotton wool
  • Plasters – all shapes and sizes
