Lim Mediclinic, Netcare welcome festive season babies

Christmas Day and New Year's Day are very special days, but even more so if you become the proud parents of a newborn baby.

POLOKWANE – Christmas Day and New Year’s Day are very special days, but even more so if you become the proud parents of a newborn baby.

Review visited Mediclinic Limpopo and Netcare to share in the joy of these proud parents.

The first baby born on Christmas Day at Mediclinic Limpopo is named Lethabo Mosa Matsetela. “He is my first baby and I am honoured to have him. He is the best gift ever,” says his mother, Lerato Matsetela.

Arabile Unique is Virginia Kekana’s second child and he is also the second baby born on Christmas Day. Virginia was excited to welcome him.

Phuti Moloto and Tlou Maupye welcomed their first baby on Christmas Day and decided to name her Rethabile Maupye.

“This is a special gift and not everyone can share a birthday with Jesus Christ. We wish she would try and follow Jesus Christ when she grows up,” Phuti says.

Mediclinic Limpopo welcomed seven newborn babies on Christmas Day and Netcare welcomed one, Tawana Chitsinda. She is the daugther of Fadzai and Wisdom Chitsinda.

On New Year’s Day there were 10 babies born at Mediclinic Limpopo, five boys and five girls.
