Lephalale helicopter crash claims 2 lives

LIMPOPO – According to information, the helicopter crashed at Ashanti Lodge, about 30km from Lephalale, on the Thabazimbi road.

The  helicopter hit a tree before it fell to the ground and burst into flames, killing both men.

Provincial police spokesperson, Col Ronel Otto, said there would be an inquest into the incident, and that the Civil Aviation Authority would investigate the cause of the accident.
