Health MEC takes stand against backstreet abortions

POLOKWANE – This comes after the Department of Health recently launched a campaign to eradicate backstreet abortions, as well as other illegal procedures such as penis enlargements.

This was done in collaboration with SAPS and the Polokwane Municipality.

Ramathuba was joined by midwives today as they tore down flyers in the city that advertised ‘safe abortions’.
