The Irish House is situated on Market Street in the CBD.
POLOKWANE – It was originally used as a general dealer and in 1906 the building was destroyed by fire.
Between 1906 and 1910, Moschke erected the present building on the foundation of the previous building, also with the clock tower, but this time in a Victorian architectural design.
The Irish house remained a business building.
In 1984 the city council of Polokwane decided to purchase the building and used it as a museum.
Irish museum is located at Corner market and Thabo Mbeki Street, in the CBD.
