Hockey players selected for Lim teams

Three hockey players from PEPPS Preparatory School and College were selected to be part of the provincial teams that will participte at the National School Sport Week and regional competitions at various venues and dates.
Bokamosa Raphala was selected for the boys’ u.13A team that will compete at the Nationals Week in Pietermaritzburg from 30 June to 4 July while Washu Halioa earned a place in the girls’ u.13B team selected for the regional championships in Tzaneen during the June school holidays. Tlhompho Pula was selected for the boys’ u.12 team that will participate at the regional tourney in Krugersdorp from 4 to 7 July.
PEPPS hockey coach and boys’ u.13A provincial manager, Malose Kgomo said each team consisted of 15 talented players and he was confident that Limpopo will do well in all the tournaments. He further said last year PEPPS had two u.12 players in the provincial team and added that the selected teams still have about two months to prepare and urged players to use the time productively to sharpen their skills.
