#WFD – Easy Cheesy Pasta with Mince, Mushrooms and Spinach

Stir in crumbled feta and serve.

POLOKWANE – Pasta + Mince = A quick dinner. However, it’s always interesting to add in other ingredients.

What’s for Dinner says brace yourself for a tantalising taste that will leave them asking for more! Don’t believe us? Well then try it for yourself!

Ingredients

  1. 150g frozen spinach, defrosted
  2. 800ml hot water
  3. 1 x KNORR Mince Mate Three Cheeses Flavour
  4. 15ml oil
  5. 125g button mushrooms
  6. 250ml feta cheese
  7. 300g lean beef mince

Method

  1. In a large frying pan, fry the lean mince and mushrooms in oil.
  2. Add the sachet of seasoning mix, 800 ml hot water, and the uncooked pasta contained within the box and bring to the boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in defrosted spinach and simmer for 5 min.
  5. Stir in the crumbled feta.
