POLOKWANE – This recipe is the perfect way to get your family to eat tuna which is not only delicious but nutritious.
What’s for Dinner says skip the various spices and only add a packet of Knorr to complete your meal and excite your taste buds.
Ingredients
200g corn kernels
3 tomatoes, cubed
2 tins tuna in brine
800ml hot water
1 x KNORR Mince Mate Boloroni
250ml cheddar cheese
Method
In a large saucepan, add the contents of the KNORR Mince Mate Boloroni box. This includes a sachet of seasoning mix and uncooked pasta. Add 800 ml hot water and bring to boil.
Add the tuna and tomatoes.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the corn and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour into an oven dish, top with grated cheese and grill for 4 minutes.
