#WFD – Cheese and Chilli Bread

Allow to cool slightly before removing the bread from the tin.

POLOKWANE – Spice your braai up a bit with this scrumptious Cheese and Chilli Bread to serve as a side dish.

Ingredients

  1. 500g selfraising flour
  2. 1 x KNORR Brown Onion Soup
  3. 1 x onion, finely chopped
  4. 1 x red chilli, finely chopped
  5. 500ml buttermilk
  6. 500ml cheddar cheese, grated
  7. 60ml Robertsons Mixed Herbs

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Serve immediately
